Purpose of processing (purpose and legal basis)

 

Your personal data is used to offer you the best possible experience and to personalize ads based on your interests, notably thanks to Google's relevance and intelligence, as indicated in our consent banner. Cookies and mobile advertising identifiers may be used for advertising purposes, for personalized or non-personalized ads.

The company Ecom-Web3, whose registered office is located at 60 rue François 1er – 75008 PARIS, operates the online sales website https://france-tendance.com. This site allows us to receive customer orders and the data collected on this occasion is recorded and processed in a customer file.

This file allows us to:

 

  • Manage orders, payment, and delivery.
  • Conduct marketing operations (loyalty, promotions) and send email advertising to our customers who have not objected or have consented:

 

    • On products similar to those they ordered.
    • On other products offered by the company. For example, if a customer buys a dress, they may be offered body cream.

 

  • Transmit the data of our customers who have consented to our business partners, to allow them to send them advertising (see below).

 

Legal bases for processing

 

  • Order management: the legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (Cf. article 6.1.b) of the European General Data Protection Regulation).

 

  • Sending email marketing communications about products similar to those ordered by customers: the legal basis for processing is the company's legitimate interest (Cf. article 6.1.f) of the European General Data Protection Regulation), namely to promote our products to our customers.

 

  • Sending email marketing communications about other products offered by the company Ecom-Web3: the legal basis for processing is consent (Cf. article 6.1.a) of the European General Data Protection Regulation), as required by article L. 34-5 of the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code.

 

  • Transmission of the email address to business partners: the legal basis for processing is consent (Cf. article 6.1.a) of the European General Data Protection Regulation), as required by article L. 34-5 of the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code.

 

Data categories

 

  • Identity: title, last name, first name, address, delivery address, phone number, email address, internal processing code allowing customer identification, data relating to registration on objection lists

 

  • Order-related data: transaction number, purchase details, purchase amount, data relating to invoice payment (payments, outstanding payments, discounts), product returns.

 

  • Payment method-related data: credit card number, credit card expiration date, visual cryptogram (which is immediately deleted).

 

  • Data necessary for loyalty and prospecting actions: purchase history.

 

 

Data recipients

 

  • The customer service and billing departments of the company Ecom-Web3 receive all categories of data.

 

  • Its suppliers, responsible for the delivery of its orders, receive the identity, address, and phone number of our customers.

 

Data retention period

 

  • Data necessary for order management and billing: throughout the duration of the business relationship and ten (10) years under accounting obligations.

 

  • Data necessary for loyalty and prospecting actions: throughout the duration of the business relationship and three (3) years from the last purchase.

 

  • Payment method-related data: this data is not retained by the company Ecom-Web3; it is collected during the transaction and is immediately deleted upon payment of the purchase.

 

  • Data concerning objection lists to receiving prospecting : three (3) years.

 

Your rights
